Dongguan Yueda Mechanical & Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. (“YD”) was established in 2002, located in Dongguan City, a “World Factory” in Guangdong Province, China.
“YD” is expertized in areas of processing of all kinds of precision machinery parts, designing, developing and producing whole set of machinery automation equipment and spare parts. “YD” has been providing precision parts, fittings, folders and fixtures in industries of refrigeration, automotive, home appliance, machinery, communications, medical appliance, electronic electric and food machinery, etc.“YD” has long cooperation with those famous large and medium-size enterprises from Japan and it's JVs in China, Europe, America and China domestic companies, the business covers high precision standard or non-standard parts.
There are more than 80 employees in “YD”, in which 50 are senior technicians. YD is owning a team of talents with technical expertise and management experience, a full set of well-equipped production facilities and full scale quality control system and advanced effective management models. “YD” is the high quality company in the industry of precision machinery processing and machinery automation. “YD” owns the CNC Machining Center, CNC wire walking, milling machines, lathes, grinders and other production & testing devices imported from Japan, Taiwan and USA.
The management system of ISO9001 and ISO14001 and IATF16949 has been established, Total Quality Management (TQM) is implemented, a full set of service standards incl. presales, sales and after sales is also implemented. “YDH” can design and produce products of high quality with lower cost within short lead time to meet customer requirement according to their samples or drawings or concepts.
